Mountain Scrambling sits in between hill walking and rock climbing, scrambling takes you up steep ‘hands on’ ground, though is not so technical and steep that full rock climbing equipment is required. So whether you're a hill walker who wants to try approaching a summit by scrambling up its face, or you have no mountain experience at all, we can take you on a scramble that will suit you. The Lake District offers some great scrambling terrain from mountain ridges, such as Sharp Edge on Blencathra to mountain crag scrambles such as Jack's Rake on Pavey Ark. Max 2 per Guide for technical scrambling, please call with enquiries.
